Frequently Asked Questions

Question:  What are the qualifications of Hope In Life Ministry Biblical Prayer Counselors?

Answer:  Hope In Life Ministry Biblical Prayer Counselors are highly trained in ministry as a biblical prayer counselor.  They have spent years studying the scriptures, serving in ministry, praying for others, being mentored personally and professionally through Christian biblical counseling training programs and Bible schools, and all are Ordained Ministers.  You can find each counselor’s bio under our Biblical Prayer Counselors page.

Question:  Why is the donation price $80?

Answer:  We do not only pray with and for you, but we delve deep into the root of issues you are facing.  We help identify roots of strongholds, patterns, wrong thoughts/beliefs and behaviors, and how to overcome them. We provide tools for improving communication skills and help build and restore relationships.  We also commit to pray for you before and after we meet with you.  Our counselors do not work full-time in other positions (jobs). They put their heart and soul into this ministry.  Your donations help to honor their time and to allow them to meet in a private location to devote their attention to you.

Question:  Is biblical prayer counseling the same as calling a prayer line or Christian inner healing ministries?

Answer:   No, we not only pray for you, but we work with you through each session for as long as you need to identify roots of strongholds, patterns, wrong thoughts/beliefs and behaviors, and how to overcome them through God’s Grace, His Word and the power of Holy Spirit through His discerning, wisdom, understanding and knowledge. We provide tools for improving communication skills and help build and restore relationships. Most Christian inner healing ministries meet for only a few sessions.  There are prayer ministries and there are biblical counseling ministries.  Hope In Life Ministry brings both together with biblical prayer counseling through our sessions with you.

Question:  Is Hope In Life Ministry affiliated with a church or denomination?

Answer:  No, Hope In Life Ministry is not affiliated with any church or denomination.  Many churches value and support our ministry and some have been gracious to allow us to meet in their offices to counsel with their members.  They also invite us to speak at their conferences and events.  You can read about what we believe and find our Statement of Faith on our About page.
